Women In Transition

Women in Transition (WIT) is a group of women who meet the 2nd and last Saturdays of every month to chat and support each other in the ongoing transitions of life, mostly in our years after raising a family.

We welcome any woman who wishes to talk about life.  Some topics include aging parents, health challenges, adult children, moving, death of dear friends, travel, interesting books we’ve read, etc., etc.  Our conversations range widely, sometimes wildly.  Our only rule is to keep confidentiality:  what’s said in WIT stays in WIT!

As one long-time participant said, “WIT has been so helpful to members of our group. There may be others who feel a need, especially during this recent period when it feels like “the world is going to hell in a basket”.  She also adds that we have also shared “the topic of living through the experience of pandemic isolation and concerns. On the positive side there are the joys that are nice to be able to share.

We currently meet via Zoom on the 2nd and last Saturday of the month from 9:30 to about 11:30 a.m.
